No complaint, the venue met the demands. It was a perfect place, had super-friendly staff in basic customer service. The daily breakfast was free and above average with smoked salmon, capers, hot eggs...

the room in power wheel chairs.

The hotel was in a central setting near restaurants. Moreover, it was very close to metro, and all the DC attractions including Arlington national cemetery which is a 10 minute drive away. The room was comfy and absolutely fabulous with comfortable beds, and we truly enjoyed having access to wake-up service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient & allowed me to walk to my meetings daily.

I had REALLY NICE days staying at this pet-friendly hotel. Huge and luxury rooms with a view, felt like home. Central heating, pay television and a writing desk were available in the room.

The noise in the hallway and adjacent rooms was extremely loud. Was woken up every morning. Would of also like a little more comfortable chair in the club lounge.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with spacious common areas and clean, updated rooms. The attentive staff was always available to assist.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.

Parking at 17 dollars overnight a little expensive but probably appropriate for this prime location.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I asked for a room that does not face the street. Instead, I was given a room on a low floor that faces an intersection of two busy streets. I could not sleep at all for two nights. I had a grueling schedule both days, and I almost died of exhaustion. They had rooms available, as they were being cleaned. The receptionist was saying with an air of self-importance that I would not hear anything and refused to change the room.

Hotel and location good, clean and comfortable, except we the 2 times stayed there we were place in a room with NO view even though the hotel was virtually empty.

Super friendly staff who were so helpful and cheerful. Price was excellent and the room was perfect. Would 100% book again.

Loved the location to the Metro. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that we were able to park at the hotel and not have to drive again until we left for home. Staff were very accommodating, warm, helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was good, but overpriced for what was presented. We don't mind paying more, providing the breakfasts have different and upscale items. It was good food and the service staff was exceptional.

The staff were super accommodating, letting me check in early and always greeting me with a smile. I loved the cozy lounge with comfy seating and the refreshing pool for some relaxation. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but still, I'd highly recommend this place for a nice getaway. 😊

The location was super, a 10-15 minute walk from a city park. What's more, it was adjacent to great restaurants, shopping and office building and Ballston metro station.

Horrible view of the outside world because there was none. Only a slit of sky due to the configuration of the building. Sorry I did not think to take a picture. The rest was fine. I would request a room with a view if I stay again.
